Henley Group Holdings is proud to announce the appointment of Trevor Carver as the new Manager of Henley Component Repair & Overhaul (Henley CRO).

This strategic expansion will further enhance the capabilities within Henley Air Technical’ s Approved Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO) by incorporating specialised Component Repair and Overhaul services.
Trevor Carver is a seasoned aviation professional with 22 years of experience in Bell Helicopter maintenance. He brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise across all facets of an Aircraft Maintenance Organisation. Certified through OEM Factory Training at Bell Helicopter, Trevor holds qualifications in Categories A & C (Airframe and Engines) as well as Category B (Component Repair and Overhaul) for a range of Bell models, including the Bell 206A/B, Bell 206L, Bell 407, Bell 222, Bell 230, and Bell 430.
As Manager of Henley CRO, Trevor will lead the launch of this new division, positioning Henley Air Technical at the forefront of helicopter component maintenance. Henley CRO is a high-precision facility dedicated to the scheduled and unscheduled inspection, repair, overhaul, and upgrade of airframe components. This Category B capability ensures the continued safety, reliability, and performance of helicopters while minimising downtime and maintaining compliance with aviation safety standards.

Henley Component Repair & Overhaul Capability
The Henley Component Repair & Overhaul is a precision-driven Category B operation specialising in the inspection, repair, overhaul, and upgrade of airframe components critical to helicopter maintenance. Staffed by skilled technicians and engineers, the facility ensures the continued safety, reliability, and performance of helicopter components through both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. By reducing downtime and maintaining compliance with stringent aviation safety standards, the facility plays a crucial role in sustaining the operational readiness of helicopters. Henley Air’s CRO capability currently includes Bell 206A/B, Bell 206L, Bell 407, Bell 222, Bell 230, and Bell 430, and will be extended to Bell 212, 412, 205 and UH-1 by Q3 2025.
